A Different Kind of Medical Recruitment Agency

Our Relationships Are Our Bedrock

Locum Reach is not your average locum recruitment agency – we believe that the relationships we sustain with our doctors form the bedrock of our success. Understanding our doctors’ requirements and matching those needs makes us experts at what we do and allows us to partner with Trusts across the UK to successfully secure the best contracts for those who choose us. Your interests are at the heart of what we do.

We believe that we have more to offer than other medical recruitment agencies in the UK – to find out more about our service and how it could benefit you, please get in touch.

Compliance

Maintaining a high standard of quality assurance has never been as Important as it is in today’s NHS. It is vital that Locum Reach is confident in the doctors we send out to work that they are capable of doing the job and have the necessary paperwork in place. This includes:

          • The correct Right to work in the UK

          • Hep B bloodwork results

         • References

         • DBS

Even though we are a non-framework agency we are committed to keeping our locums and our clients safe by giving everyone the right assurances that all the key checks have been made and returned to us satisfactorily.

We are also here to help our locums negotiate their revalidation process as smoothly as possible – As this is a new process many doctors are still unsure of the component parts and their own responsibilities to ensure that they can be revalidated correctly when the time comes – Please feel free to talk to our compliance experts about the process and the best way forward for you.

Locum Reach is committed to providing good quality, vetted doctors capable of doing the work they have applied for – please assist us with this process by providing all necessary information when asked for it.
